Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of tour services, including but not limited to paragliding, diving, boat tours, and other travel activities, booked by the Buyer via the Seller’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 – Description of the Service
The service includes tours, transfers, activities, or packages selected by the Buyer on the website, the details of which (date, time, location, duration, and price) are stated on the booking confirmation.

Article 4 – Price and Payment
The total price of the purchased service, including taxes and fees, is shown on the booking page. Payment will be made by the Buyer via the online payment system provided by the Seller.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to accommodation, transportation, catering, or leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period. Therefore, the Buyer has no unconditional right of withdrawal after the booking is confirmed.

However, the Seller may offer a cancellation and refund policy, which will be specified under Cancellation Conditions on the website.

Article 6 – Cancellation and Changes

• The Buyer may request a cancellation or date change by contacting the Seller via email or WhatsApp.

• The applicable refund amount will depend on the Cancellation Conditions published on the website.

• If the activity cannot take place due to weather conditions or other force majeure events, the Buyer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Article 7 – Obligations of the Parties

• The Buyer must provide accurate information during booking.

• The Seller is responsible for delivering the service as described on the website and confirmed in the booking.

• The Buyer must comply with the rules and instructions provided before or during the tour.

Article 8 – Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s or Seller’s location will have jurisdiction.

Article 9 – Effectiveness
By completing the booking and making the payment, the Buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement electronically.
