We understand that sometimes plans can change. Below you can find the cancellation policy for our tours and services:

🕐 Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance:

Full refund will be issued with no penalty.

🕑 Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the tour:

50% of the total amount will be refunded.

❌ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows:

No refund will be provided.

✈️ Flight Delays or Emergencies:

If your cancellation is due to a flight delay or a verified emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate and offer alternatives when possible.

🔁 Changes and Rescheduling:

Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
