Customers have the right to withdraw from the tour agreement at least 7 days before the start of the service, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice within the stated period is sufficient. Once we receive the cancellation request, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days to the account provided by the customer.

However, the right of withdrawal is not valid in the following cases:

• If there are less than 7 days remaining until the tour starts

• For custom tours organized upon the customer’s specific request

• For services such as accommodation, car rental, and catering arranged for a specific date or period
